Equipped with the Guangzhou Numerical Control GSK 980 series lathe system, which is the mainstream configuration for economical CNC lathes in China. This type of system supports fixed cycle turning, macro programs, threading, and other lathe-specific functions. The left side features a color display screen for displaying coordinates, programs, tool compensation, alarms, and other key information; the right side has an alphanumeric/function keyboard for inputting G-code, setting parameters, and switching interfaces. It includes an emergency stop button (red mushroom head), power key switch, cycle start/feed hold button, as well as feed rate and spindle speed adjustment control keys for directly controlling machine actions. This is a three-jaw hollow hydraulic chuck, which is the mainstream configuration in the industry. The three jaws of the chuck move synchronously, allowing for automatic centering and clamping of workpieces, suitable for clamping bar stock and disc parts. Stable clamping force: The hydraulic-driven clamping force can be adjusted by the system to adapt to different materials and sizes of workpieces, avoiding deformation or falling off. High centering accuracy: The coaxiality error of repeated clamping is small, ensuring the roundness and coaxiality requirements of the workpiece. Supports hollow channels: Can be paired with a feeder for fully automatic feeding of bar stock, suitable for batch part processing. The turret can simultaneously install 12 different functional tools (external turning tools, internal boring tools, grooving tools, threading tools, etc.), achieving multi-process continuous processing without manual tool changes. The tool holder has internal cooling holes that can directly deliver cutting fluid to the tool tip, effectively cooling the tools and flushing away chips, enhancing tool life and workpiece surface quality. Hydraulic drive: Tool change is stable and reliable, with strong locking force, suitable for heavy cutting conditions. High positioning accuracy: Small repeat positioning error ensures dimensional consistency in multi-process machining.
