Equipped with the Guangzhou CNC GSK 980 series lathe system, which is the mainstream configuration for economical CNC lathes in China. This type of system supports turning fixed cycles, macro programs, threading, and other lathe-specific functions. The left side features a color display screen that shows coordinates, programs, tool compensation, alarms, and other key information; the right side has an alphanumeric/function keyboard for inputting G codes, setting parameters, and switching interfaces. It includes an emergency stop button (red mushroom head), power key switch, cycle start/feed hold button, as well as feed rate and spindle rate adjustment control keys for direct machine control. This is a three-jaw hollow hydraulic chuck, which is a mainstream configuration in the industry. The three jaws of the chuck move synchronously, allowing for automatic centering and clamping of workpieces, suitable for clamping bar stock and disc parts. Stable clamping force: The hydraulic-driven clamping force can be adjusted through the system to adapt to different materials and sizes of workpieces, avoiding deformation or falling off. High centering accuracy: The coaxiality error of repeated clamping is small, ensuring the roundness and coaxiality requirements of the workpiece.
