1. The machine bed, column, spindle box, and other key components are made of resin sand (dense baking) castings, with stable organization, permanently maintaining quality.
The castings have undergone finite element analysis computer calculations, with reasonable structural strength and reinforcement rib matching, providing high rigidity for the machine. The casting structure adopts integrated forming technology, box structure, and is processed using a large five-sided machining center, completing the machining in one clamping, ensuring high rigidity, high strength, and excellent geometric accuracy. It also guarantees the long-term stability and high precision of the machine.
In addition, to prevent deformation after processing, the castings undergo thorough annealing treatment, which helps eliminate internal stress.
2. The base is wide, and the column has a triangular box structure, with a fully supported design for heavy loads, ensuring solid structure and capability for heavy load during processing.
3. The left and right symmetrical design balances the weight on both sides of the column, maintaining the stability of the machine's precision.
